 Yes  No

 Yes  No

Today, on Internet different SEO processors are available, some are free versions and some are paid versions. As a Google Blogger I would suggest you use Google Webmaster and Google Analytics.
Google Webmaster is not so advance SEO processor but you can use this in the beginning of your Blogging experience. Later on, you can go for advance level SEO processors.

Google Analytics helps in looking and judging the audience. Using Google Analytics will help you to know- from where your viewers are coming, what kinds of devices and OS they are using, how many readers are online and so on.

You can also use two three SEO processor at one time.

Publishing.

Under Publishing head only one setting that we can make and i.e. Blog address. If you don’t like your current blog address (domain) then, you can change it here. Also, if you have a custom domain then you can add here in Blog address. Adding custom domain will help your blog to grow fast.

HTTPS is an extension of HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) which provides a secure communication over the computer network and it is widely used network on Internet. On HTTP network there are lots of chances of hacking data whereas, HTTPS protects your data from Man-In The-Middle (MITM) attacks.

To make this edit in blog, just make your HTTPS availability and HTTPS redirects is set to ‘YES’ from ‘NO’.
